    1. Introduction

    By accessing or using the website https://ujjaindia.in and the services offered by UjjaIndia Technology, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

    2. Services

    We provide website development, mobile application development, and custom software solutions. The exact scope of work, delivery timelines, and fees will be agreed upon in a separate proposal or contract prior to the start of any project.

    • Third-party APIs, libraries, and services may be used; we are not liable for issues that arise from third-party services.
    • Project timelines depend on timely client feedback and delivery of required materials.

    3. Payment & Pricing

    Payments are made as advance, milestone-based, or as otherwise agreed in the contract. Advance payments or deposits are non-refundable once work begins.

    • Any extra features, revisions, or scope changes beyond the initial agreement will incur additional charges.
    • Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services until outstanding amounts are cleared.

    4. Client Responsibilities

    The client must provide accurate information, content, credentials, and any other materials required for the successful completion of the project. The client is responsible for the legality and ownership of any content provided.

    5. Intellectual Property

    Upon full payment, ownership of the delivered final product (designs, source code, and related deliverables) will transfer to the client, unless otherwise specified in writing.

    • UjjaIndia Technology retains the right to reuse generic code, frameworks, utility functions, templates or libraries used in the project.
    • Any third-party components (themes, plugins, libraries) are subject to their respective licenses.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, UjjaIndia Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

    • We are not responsible for data loss caused by user actions, third-party failures, or events outside our control.
    • Clients are advised to keep regular backups of their data.

    7. Support & Maintenance

    We provide free support for a limited warranty period after delivery (for example 30–90 days as specified in the contract). Extended support, maintenance, hosting and updates are available under a separate agreement and fee.

    8. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate services if the client breaches these Terms & Conditions or fails to make payments. Termination does not relieve the client from obligations to pay for services already rendered.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
