2. Refund Policy
All payments made for software development, mobile applications, website design, and related services are final. Advance payments and milestone payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Refunds will be considered only if UjjaIndia Technology fails to deliver the agreed services as specified in the contract.
- If the client cancels the project before work begins, the advance may be refunded in full or in part as agreed in writing.
- If the project is cancelled after development has started, the client will be billed for the work completed to date, and any balance may be refunded at the company's discretion.
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation prior to the commencement of work. Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email). Once work has begun, cancellations will be handled as follows:
- Completed milestones or work in progress will be invoiced and payable by the client.
- Any refundable balance will be calculated after deducting costs for completed work, third-party expenses, and administrative fees.
4. Exceptions
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery of the service or product.
- Delays caused by the client (e.g., failure to provide content, feedback, or approvals).
- Problems arising from third-party services such as hosting, domain registration, payment gateways, APIs, plugins, or external software.
